This Refund Policy applies to all subscriptions and services purchased through SalesMonster AI, operated by AI Sales Monster LLC, 1044 Bay Colony Drive South, Juno Beach, FL 33408.

By purchasing a subscription to SalesMonster AI, you agree to this Refund Policy. Please read it carefully before completing your purchase.

No Refund Policy

All purchases made on SalesMonster AI are final and non-refundable. This includes:

• Monthly subscription fees (Limited plan, Unlimited plan, or Enterprise plan)
• Any partial month of service
• Setup fees or onboarding fees where applicable
• Any add-on services or features purchased

We do not provide refunds or credits for partially used subscription periods, unused features, or dissatisfaction with the service after purchase.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time; however, cancellations require a minimum of 30 days’ notice before your next renewal date. This means:

• Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 30 days prior to your next billing renewal date
• If notice is received within 30 days of renewal, your cancellation will take effect at the following billing period
• You will continue to have access to SalesMonster AI through the end of your current paid billing period
• No partial refunds will be issued for remaining days in your current billing period
• All your data and scripts may be deleted after the subscription ends

To cancel your subscription, please contact us at support@salesmonster.ai at least 30 days before your next renewal date.

Exceptions

While our general policy is no refunds, we may consider exceptions at our sole discretion in the following circumstances:

• Duplicate charges: If you were charged more than once for the same subscription period due to a technical error
• Service unavailability: If SalesMonster AI was completely inaccessible for an extended period (more than 72 consecutive hours) due to issues on our end
• Unauthorized charges: If you can demonstrate that a charge was made without your authorization

All exception requests must be submitted within 7 days of the charge in question. Requests submitted after this period will not be considered.

Billing Errors

If you believe you have been charged incorrectly, please contact us immediately at support@salesmonster.ai with the following information:

• Your full name and email address used for the account
• The date and amount of the charge in question
• A brief description of the issue

We will investigate and respond within 3-5 business days.

How to Cancel Your Subscription

To cancel your SalesMonster AI subscription:

• Email us at support@salesmonster.ai with the subject line “Subscription Cancellation Request”
• Include your full name, company name, and the email address associated with your account
• We will process your cancellation request within 1-2 business days and send you a confirmation email

Please submit your cancellation request at least 30 days before your next renewal date to avoid being charged for the next billing period.
